Chase joined the CrossFit community in 2012. Being heavily active prior Chase was looking for something new, challenging and not so routinely. He quickly found that CrossFit could easily provide that along with endless amount of support from a community striving to do the same in their own unique way.
Chase gained his Level I CrossFit certification and began coaching in early 2013 and has served as the Head Coach since 2014 while living in Salem NH till 2018. Since then Chase has relocated to Mckinney, TX where he continued his Head Coaching role in Frisco, TX.
Chase pursued the sport side of CrossFit as well by competing in the NorthEast CrossFit Regional in 2013 and 2014 on a Team. In 2015 Chase was a top 10 qualifier in the CrossFit Open and earned himself the title of Fittest in New Hampshire back to back years. In 2016 Chase placed 5th at the East Regional, losing the qualifying spot to CrossFits Tie breaker rule to attend the games. 2017 Chase was the fittest he has ever been, but suffered an injury on day 1 of the East Regional. Using that time during recovery to work with others and affiliates to grow in the sport, as well as growing as an individual, learning unique ways to train around injuries and improve recovery.
Chase is continuously looking for ways to improvise and enhance his coaching techniques to ensure that he is leading his community to their full potential.
Chase has programmed workouts for multiple competitions, provided individuals with athlete specific programming, as well as specific demographic programming for multiple affiliates, trained with high level athletes and attended numerous seminars and camps to help sharpen his knowledge of the sport.
Chase’s determination, individual experience and eagerness to learn have led him to be a successor in this lifestyle and sport.
